Statistics:
Fundraising statistics displayed are estimated and do not include processing fees or Gift Aid. Final totals subject to change upon audit.

Availability of the goods displayed on the Website:
We may terminate or suspend the supply of any items displayed on the Website in the event they are out of stock or for any other reason. We may do this at any time and without notice.
Applicable terms and conditions to sale of Website:
These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods You order via the Website. Please read the Sale Terms carefully. If You do not agree with the Sales Terms, do not order any goods from the Website. If we accept any order for goods from You, then our agreement with You will be made on these Sales Terms. Please note that we reserve the right to amend the Sale Terms from time to time. We will publish the amended Sales Terms on the Website and any new versions of the Sales Terms will come into effect as soon as we publish them (with the exception that any orders that we have already accepted from You prior to any such change will be subject to the Sales Terms in force at that point)
Filming and recording:
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you hereby consent to the filming of yourself and the recording of your voice and the use of this footage for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes related to the Birmingham Walkathon.
Donations:
Generally, donations made to Us, like all charitable donations, are non-refundable. A refund may be considered in specific exceptional circumstances, such as donations made with a stolen card or an amount entered in error. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact Us at hello@brumwalkathon.co.uk.
Buying Goods from the website –
Pricing Policy:
We may change the prices of the goods displayed on the Website at any time. Pricing for all the goods is available through the website and are clearly marked in their description. Delivery charges are also displayed on the website. All prices are in pounds sterling.
Method of Payment:
For orders placed via the Website we accept a range of debit and credit cards, and we also accept PayPal. It is imperative when making a payment that you complete the fields fully, for example the full cardholders name as it appears on the card, and address that is registered to the card. Your card will be debited when we confirm we have accepted your order.
All products ordered through the website will remain our property until we have received payment in full for those products.
Delivery:
We deliver all items to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges will be outlined when you place an order for your products.

Out of Stock:
If for any reason the items You have ordered are out of stock or cannot be supplied, We will cancel the item from your order and a notification email will follow directly to the email that was provided on placing the order. You will receive a refund if you have already paid for the cancelled item(s).
Return of goods:
We do our utmost to ensure you are happy with goods you. We welcome you to contact us directly if You for any reason are not satisfied with Our products or Our service, so that We can rectify the issue. If You are not completely satisfied with any item that You have ordered You are welcome to return it and ask for a replacement or cancel the order and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.
Items returned should be sent to Help Harry Help Others, Midland Croft, Stechford, B33 0AW. When returning goods please retain proof of postage as We cannot be responsible for any items that We do not receive back.
If You wish to return an item and receive a replacement, please send to the above address within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in resalable condition and if possible, in the original packing together with the original shipment note. We are only able to replace identical products and any additional items ordered will be treated as a new product.
We cannot exchange the following items due to hygiene:
- Hats unless unworn and still with packaging and tags intact
- Water bottles unless unopened and unused
You will be responsible for the costs of returning any items that You wish to exchange. However, if You wish to exchange items due to an error on Our part, because it is damaged or defective or because it does not match the description on the website, We will be happy to reimburse your costs once the original items have been returned to Us.
To cancel a purchase, You must tell us that You wish to cancel within the 14-day period referred to above. You can do this by:
- Submitting a cancellation request through our contact form or by email to hello@brumwalkathon.co.uk.
- Returning the item to us by packing it securely and sending it back with a copy of your receipt included confirming that You wish to cancel / return your order.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as You used for your initial transaction.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 30 days after the day we receive back from You any goods supplied
- If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the item is faulty, defective or does not match the description on the Website, in addition to a full refund of the price paid for the goods, we will reimburse your costs in returning the item(s) to us.
Legal age:
We do not sell products for purchase by children. We do, however, sell children’s’ products for purchase by adults. If You are under 18, You may only purchase items from the Website with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Limitation of liability:
We are responsible for loss or damage You suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of Our breach or if it was contemplated at the time the contract was entered.
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Events outside our control:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects us:
- we will contact You as soon as reasonably possible to notify You; and
- our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of products to You, we will arrange a new delivery date with You after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
Jurisdiction:
The Website Terms and the use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the website, or these Website Terms.
